Accessibility

Review the current Alastor Armory policy below.

Effective date: September 22, 2026 Last reviewed: September 22, 2026

Our commitment

Alastor Armory is committed to providing a website and shopping experience that people with disabilities can perceive, operate, understand, and use. Accessibility is part of our design, development, content, testing, and support process.

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. WCAG is an internationally recognized technical standard for web accessibility. Naming this target does not mean every page is already free of barriers; it defines the standard we use to evaluate and improve the experience.

What we are doing

Our accessibility priorities include:

  • using semantic page structure, descriptive labels, text alternatives, and meaningful link and button names;
  • supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus;
  • maintaining readable contrast, scalable text, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences;
  • providing accessible form instructions, validation, authentication, and status messages;
  • testing storefront, search, product, cart, checkout, account, support, and policy journeys;
  • combining automated testing with manual keyboard, zoom, screen-reader, and mobile review;
  • including accessibility requirements in reusable components and third-party evaluations;
  • tracking reported barriers through remediation and verification; and
  • reviewing this Statement after material changes.

Compatibility and testing

Alastor is designed for current versions of widely used browsers, operating systems, and assistive technologies. Customers may have a better experience by keeping their browser, device, and assistive technology up to date.

Known limitations

Some parts of our website may present accessibility barriers. If you encounter difficulty, please contact us using the details below so we can assist you.

Some content or services may be provided by third parties, such as a hosted payment field, map, carrier tracking page, manufacturer document, or embedded support service. We work with third-party providers to address accessibility barriers brought to our attention. When a third-party limitation prevents access, we will work to provide the information or service another way.

Need help or want to report a barrier?

If you have difficulty using Alastor's website, need information in another format, or need help completing a transaction, contact us:

Please tell us, if you can:

  • the page or feature involved;
  • what you were trying to do;
  • the barrier you encountered;
  • the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using; and
  • how you would like us to contact you.

You do not have to disclose a disability or provide medical information. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identification, or other unnecessary sensitive information in an accessibility report.

We will review accessibility reports and respond in a timely manner based on the nature of the issue and any requirements of applicable law.

Alternative access

If a barrier prevents you from accessing product information, managing an account, or completing a purchase, we will make a reasonable effort to provide equivalent information or assistance through an accessible method. Accessibility assistance does not change product eligibility, identity, payment, destination, or legal requirements.

Feedback and improvement

We welcome accessibility feedback and use it to identify barriers and improve our website.

This Statement will be updated to reflect material changes to our accessibility program, audit status, contact methods, or known limitations.
