Some products are subject to legal, supplier, or carrier requirements based on their characteristics and delivery destination. Available supplier inventory and carrier service can also affect whether an order can be fulfilled.
Alastor Armory offers firearms-related and restricted products only through a sales and fulfillment process designed to comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.
Because laws, supplier conditions, and carrier requirements can change, some products may be unavailable or prohibited from shipment based on their characteristics and the delivery destination.
Product and destination review
We review product information together with the delivery destination and applicable supplier and carrier requirements. Exact restrictions are verified per product and destination. Rules may depend on state, local jurisdiction, product features, required documentation, delivery method, or other order details. A supplier restriction or unavailable carrier service may prevent fulfillment even where it is not itself a statement about what the law allows.
We check the address during checkout and may check eligibility again before fulfillment. An item appearing in the catalog, being available to add to a cart, or having no general warning on its page does not guarantee that it can be shipped to every address. We do not rely on a general state list to determine eligibility.
These checks exist because the same product may have different purchase or delivery conditions at different destinations, and delivery providers may impose handling or service conditions of their own. A supplier’s restriction is one factor we consider; it does not replace our product and destination review or establish what the law requires in every location. We use the delivery address entered for the order and recheck product and service eligibility at later checkout and fulfillment steps.
Magazines and magazine extensions
Magazine restrictions may turn on the magazine’s capacity, design, configuration, and intended fit. An extension can change the assembled magazine’s capacity, so the base-magazine description alone may not answer whether the item can be offered or delivered. Some jurisdictions impose limits on sale, transfer, receipt, or possession, and local rules may add requirements. Permits or other documentation and supplier controls may also apply. We verify the specific product and delivery destination rather than treating every magazine or extension as the same product.
We evaluate the specific item and delivery address using the information available for that product. A restriction on one magazine does not necessarily apply to every magazine, and a listing does not promise availability to every location. Where eligibility depends on a documented configuration, we may ask for information about that configuration. Please contact support before ordering if you have a question about an item; support cannot approve an order that fails the applicable product or destination checks.
Ammunition
Ammunition requirements depend on the cartridge or product type, intended recipient, order details, and delivery address. Age and buyer eligibility rules can depend on the ammunition and transaction; state or local law may set additional conditions. Some destinations or suppliers require an eligibility document, permit, or other record before an order can be fulfilled. We identify and verify requirements for the specific item and destination. This policy does not establish a universal age threshold or a complete destination list.
We review the product and destination information available before accepting the order and may request documentation where applicable requirements call for it. If a required check cannot be completed, or information conflicts, we may hold or decline the order. Customers must provide accurate purchaser and recipient information and must not order for someone who is not eligible to purchase or receive the item. A listing, successful checkout step, or prior delivery does not guarantee that a later order can be accepted or shipped.
Ammunition is also subject to transportation classification, packaging, labeling, and carrier-service conditions. Carriers can restrict ammunition to certain services, approved shipper accounts, package standards, and domestic routes. The available service can therefore be narrower than the places where a product might otherwise be sold. We ship only through a service approved for that item and order; if the required service or verification is unavailable, we will not submit the item for fulfillment.
Product-specific notices and checkout eligibility checks remain in effect for ammunition. A general statement on this page does not replace a warning or other information required for an individual product. Contact support before ordering with a question about an item or its delivery requirements; support cannot waive a restriction or guarantee shipment.
Non-serialized firearm components and accessories
Non-serialized components and accessories include parts such as stocks, grips, barrels, triggers, muzzle devices, conversion parts, and optics or mounting accessories. A component’s design, function, combination with other parts, and intended platform can affect its classification and whether it is restricted at a destination. Supplier information can separately restrict a specific part number, require a permit or license, or limit whether the supplier will fulfill an order for direct shipment. “Non-serialized” is a catalog description, not a legal determination or a promise that the part may be shipped everywhere. We review the actual product and address and may hold or remove an item while its classification or requirements are unresolved.
Firearm transfers
Alastor Armory does not currently offer or ship complete firearms or serialized receivers directly to consumers. If a firearm transfer is offered in the future, it must be sent to an appropriately licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) for transfer in accordance with applicable law. No particular transfer service or nationwide availability is promised.
Personal-defense products
Personal-defense products include pepper spray, pepper gel, and similar defensive sprays or devices. Requirements can depend on a product’s ingredients, concentration, container size or quantity, buyer age or eligibility, seller or delivery method, and destination. Rules for a spray may differ from those for a gel or other device, and supplier or carrier restrictions can apply independently. We review the specific product and address and may limit availability if a requirement or compatible shipping service is not verified.
Do not infer that a product can be delivered to your location solely because another product in the category is listed. Contact support with product questions before placing an order.
Reactive targets and binary-target components
Reactive-target products include binary-target component kits, including Tannerite listings. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) describes separate, unmixed binary components as generally not subject to federal explosives regulation; after the components are mixed, the resulting mixture is an explosive material subject to applicable federal explosives requirements. This limited distinction does not determine whether a particular product, purchase, possession, transport, or activity is permitted, and we provide no mixing or use instructions.
Separate state or local requirements, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) rules, carrier restrictions, supplier requirements, and fire-safety conditions can also affect sale or shipment. We check each product against the delivery address and may decline an order when restrictions apply, information is incomplete, or an appropriate shipping service is unavailable. A listing or shipment to another address does not establish eligibility for your delivery location.
Product-specific warnings and information
Some products require a warning or other product-specific notice. For example, California Proposition 65 can require a clear and reasonable warning before exposure to a listed chemical when the applicable requirements are met; warning obligations and safe-harbor methods (standard warning formats intended to satisfy regulatory requirements) depend on the product, exposure, and sale. A supplier’s Proposition 65 flag is a review signal, not by itself a complete warning. We verify the product identity and warning content before presenting an item-specific notice. When the required warning information is missing or under review, we may hold the item from sale or fulfillment until it is resolved.
Product details and availability can change as we receive updated information. Contact support if you need help understanding a product notice; support cannot substitute for a required warning or eligibility review.
Supplier, carrier, and fulfillment review
Supplier information, carrier services, and our product review all help determine whether an order can be fulfilled. Supplier information may identify limits for certain states, cities, or counties; required shipping methods or adult signatures; supplier approval requirements; or potential product warnings. These requirements are different: a shipping limit does not by itself establish that a sale is unlawful, and a supplier notice that a warning may apply is not the warning itself. Missing supplier information does not establish that no restriction exists. We use verified product and destination information and a shipping service that accepts the product. If information is missing, out of date, or unclear, we may pause an order while we review it rather than assume it is eligible.
We may be unable to fulfill an order if a restriction applies, a required eligibility check or document is missing, information is incomplete or conflicting, a required service is unavailable, or a supplier cannot accept the order. We may recheck product identity, address, service, and order details before submitting an item for fulfillment. Checkout progress or an earlier availability result does not guarantee final acceptance. We will not ask a customer to change or misstate information to bypass a restriction.
If we cannot fulfill an order
If a product or delivery address does not pass review, we will not submit the affected item for fulfillment. We may contact you for clarification where an issue can be resolved, or cancel the affected item or order. Any refund, cancellation, or other remedy is handled under the applicable order terms and policies.
Customer responsibilities and support
Customers are responsible for following requirements that apply to their purchase, possession, transport, and use of a product. This policy is general information, not legal advice, and does not override item-specific notices, order terms, or applicable requirements. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived.
For help with a product notice or order restriction, contact Alastor Armory Support before ordering. Please include the product name or item number and the delivery area; do not send sensitive payment information. Support can explain the review status but cannot guarantee an exception or shipment where a check does not allow fulfillment.
Policy updates
Product information, destination requirements, supplier rules, and carrier services can change. We may update this policy and product availability as verified information changes. The version displayed on the site is the current general guide; the review for a specific product and address controls the fulfillment decision for that order.
Alastor Armory may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. Updated requirements may affect future orders, availability, and fulfillment decisions.
