Terms of Use

Review the current Alastor Armory policy below.

Effective date: September 21, 2026 Last updated: September 21, 2026

Important summary

These Terms govern use of the Alastor Armory website, customer accounts, and purchases. You must be at least 18, legally able to enter a contract, and legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive, and use the products you order. Products are offered only for lawful United States transactions and may be unavailable in particular locations.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment does not mean that Alastor has accepted the order. We may verify payment, inventory, price, identity, eligibility, and destination before acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order that cannot lawfully or reliably be completed.

Please read the full Terms, including the warranty disclaimers, limits of liability, and South Carolina dispute provisions below.

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms of Use and Sale (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Alastor Armory LLC (“Alastor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to your access to and use of alastorarmory.com, related pages and services that link to these Terms, customer accounts, and purchases from Alastor (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or place an order.

The following policies are incorporated where applicable:

If a product page or checkout notice contains a more specific lawful restriction, that specific restriction controls for that product or transaction. A separate written agreement signed by an authorized Alastor representative controls over these Terms to the extent of a direct conflict.

2. Eligibility and United States service

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and reside in the United States to use an account or place an order. If you act for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party.

The Services are offered for lawful transactions and delivery within the United States and its supported territories as stated at checkout. Alastor does not accept an order intended for unauthorized export, reexport, transfer, diversion, or use outside the United States.

3. Accounts and account security

You may browse and use guest checkout without creating an account where available. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information; maintain a unique and secure password; protect verification methods; and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

You may not share an account in a way that defeats eligibility, purchase, quantity, security, or legal controls. You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law, but you are not responsible for activity caused by Alastor's breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable security.

We may require email, phone, or additional verification for account security, order protection, or legal compliance. We may suspend access while investigating suspected compromise, fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity. Account deactivation does not erase order or other records that must be retained for a lawful purpose; see the Privacy Policy.

4. Lawful and responsible product purchases

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to your purchase, possession, receipt, transport, storage, installation, and use of a product. Laws and restrictions vary by product and destination and may change.

By placing an order, you represent that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or is lawfully provided;
  • you are not prohibited by law from the transaction;
  • the product and quantity are lawful at the billing and delivery destinations and for the intended recipient;
  • the order is not for an unlawful resale, transfer, export, diversion, or prohibited use; and
  • you will follow product instructions and applicable safety requirements.

Alastor may apply product, quantity, destination, carrier, age, identity, or other restrictions. We may request information reasonably needed to verify a transaction. We may reject, hold, modify with your consent, or cancel an order when a legal restriction, safety concern, fraud signal, supplier limitation, pricing error, or verification failure prevents completion.

5. Product information and availability

We work to present accurate product names, descriptions, specifications, compatibility, images, prices, and availability. Information may come from manufacturers, distributors, and other authorized sources. Packaging, finish, color, dimensions, or minor details may vary, and screens do not display color identically.

Product descriptions are not professional, legal, training, safety, or compatibility advice. Review manufacturer instructions and verify fit and compatibility before installation or use. If product-page information conflicts with the manufacturer's current safety instructions, follow the manufacturer and contact us.

Availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted. Inventory may change between browsing and checkout. We may limit quantities or discontinue products. We will not silently substitute a materially different product.

6. Prices, promotions, and errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, handling, and other applicable charges are displayed before order submission when reasonably calculable.

We may change prices and promotions before an order is accepted. If a material pricing, description, promotion, tax, or availability error affects an order, we may cancel the affected item or contact you for approval of a corrected transaction. If payment was captured for a canceled item, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Promotion-specific terms control that promotion. Unless those terms allow it, promotions are not redeemable for cash, cannot be combined, and may not be transferred or used through fraud, automated abuse, or multiple identities intended to evade limits.

7. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy the listed products under these Terms. A cart, checkout screen, payment authorization, or automated order acknowledgment does not by itself mean we accepted the order.

Alastor accepts an order when we send an express acceptance or shipment confirmation, or otherwise begin fulfillment in a manner that clearly indicates acceptance. We may authorize a payment method before acceptance and release or reverse the authorization if the order is not accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, for reasons including unavailable inventory, supplier refusal, pricing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, inaccurate information, legal restriction, destination restriction, quantity limit, export concern, or inability to verify eligibility. We will provide notice when reasonably possible and refund captured amounts for canceled items.

8. Payment and taxes

You authorize Alastor and its payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for accepted transactions and any amount clearly disclosed before submission. You represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.

Alastor's payment system uses hosted or tokenized payment entry and does not intentionally receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes. The selected payment processor's terms and privacy notice also apply to its independent processing.

You are responsible for applicable sales, use, excise, and similar taxes unless a valid exemption is accepted. Tax and total amounts may be recalculated when required by the final products, destination, delivery method, or governing law.

9. Shipping, delivery, title, and risk

Available delivery methods, estimates, charges, and product-specific restrictions are shown at checkout or in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly guarantee otherwise.

Orders may ship in multiple packages or directly from an authorized fulfillment partner. Alastor remains your seller and customer-service contact.

Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law and the disclosed shipping terms. Nothing in these Terms shifts to you a risk that applicable consumer law places on Alastor. You must provide a complete, accurate, lawful, and secure delivery address and promptly report a missing, damaged, or incorrect shipment.

Alastor does not accept backorders or special orders. Inventory and fulfillment eligibility are rechecked before placement, and an unavailable item will be stopped or canceled rather than accepted for later fulfillment.

10. Cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranties

Cancellation, return eligibility, return authorization, condition requirements, deadlines, fees, excluded products, and refund timing are governed by the Return and Refund Policy.

Some products may be nonreturnable or subject to manufacturer warranty, safety, hygiene, legal, or carrier restrictions. Any restriction will be disclosed as required before purchase. A return policy does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Unless Alastor provides a separate written warranty, products may be covered only by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Contact Alastor through Help & Support or at support@alastorarmory.com for assistance identifying the correct process.

11. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for personal or authorized business purposes and in compliance with law. You may not:

  • violate law, another person's rights, or these Terms;
  • provide false information, impersonate another person, or use a payment method without authorization;
  • attempt to evade age, location, eligibility, quantity, export, security, or product restrictions;
  • use bots, scripts, scraping, or automated purchasing in a way that burdens the Services, circumvents controls, or collects personal information;
  • probe, scan, exploit, disable, disrupt, or introduce malicious code into the Services;
  • access another account or nonpublic system without authorization;
  • copy, republish, modify, or commercially exploit Alastor content except as law or written permission allows; or
  • use the Services to facilitate fraud, unlawful trafficking, violence, or other illegal conduct.

Reasonable use of public search engines and assistive technologies is permitted. Security research requires prior written authorization from Alastor. Requests may be sent to support@alastorarmory.com.

12. Intellectual property

The Services and their original text, design, software, graphics, arrangement, trademarks, and other content are owned by or licensed to Alastor and protected by law. Manufacturer names, logos, product images, and marks belong to their respective owners and are used under authorization or applicable law.

Subject to these Terms, Alastor grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. No other right is granted.

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright or trademark, send a detailed notice to support@alastorarmory.com.

13. Feedback and customer content

You may send suggestions or feedback. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you grant Alastor nonexclusive permission to use your nonconfidential suggestions or feedback to improve and market our products and services, without compensation.

14. Third-party services and links

The Services may link to or interact with payment processors, carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, mapping tools, and other third parties. A link does not mean Alastor endorses all third-party content or practices. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Alastor remains responsible for its own obligations and does not disclaim duties that law assigns to it merely because a contractor performs part of the service.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, Alastor, or others; investigate fraud, compromise, abuse, or unlawful conduct; comply with law; or enforce these Terms. When practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.

You may stop using the Services and may request account deactivation through your account or customer support. Terms that by their nature must continue—including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute provisions, and record-retention duties—survive termination.

16. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ALASTOR DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT A WARRANTY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

ALASTOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THIS DISCLAIMER DOES NOT APPLY TO AN EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTY, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, FRAUD, PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY A LEGALLY ACTIONABLE PRODUCT DEFECT, OR ANOTHER MATTER THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

Some states do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those states, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted.

17. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALASTOR AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alastor’s total liability arising out of or relating to the product or products giving rise to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Alastor for those products.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including as applicable liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or violation of nonwaivable consumer rights. State law may provide additional rights.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Alastor against a third-party claim arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material breach of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or knowing submission of false transaction information. This obligation does not apply to a claim caused by Alastor's breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or product liability.

We will provide reasonable notice of a covered claim and permit reasonable participation in its defense. No settlement may impose an admission, payment, or nonmonetary obligation on the other party without that party's written consent.

19. Informal dispute resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, you and Alastor agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve a dispute for 30 days after one party receives written notice. A notice must identify the person and transaction, describe the issue, and state the requested resolution.

Send written notices to support@alastorarmory.com. If you prefer to send notice by mail, contact Alastor at that email address for private mailing instructions. Alastor will use the contact information associated with your account or transaction. This process does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, using an eligible small-claims court, reporting an issue to a government agency, or meeting a legal filing deadline.

20. Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law or a consumer's nonwaivable home-state law controls.

Subject to the informal process above, exclusive venue lies in the state or federal courts serving Greenwood County, South Carolina, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. An eligible individual small-claims action may be brought in another venue where applicable law permits.

21. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may change the Services and these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. For a material change, we will provide notice appropriate to the change, such as a website, account, checkout, or email notice, and request new acceptance when required.

A change does not retroactively alter an accepted transaction unless law permits it and the customer agrees where required. If you do not agree to updated Terms, stop using the Services after the effective date.

22. Electronic communications

You consent to receive agreements, disclosures, order records, and other communications electronically when law allows. You may retain copies electronically or by printing them. This consent does not enroll you in optional marketing. Contact Alastor through Help & Support or at support@alastorarmory.com if you need an accessible or paper copy.

Optional transactional and promotional text-message programs are governed by the SMS Terms. They are separate choices. Agreeing to receive an order, verification, security, or other transactional text does not enroll you in promotional texts, and promotional-text consent is not a condition of purchase.

23. General provisions

These Terms and incorporated policies are the entire agreement concerning their subject matter. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remainder will continue.

You may not assign these Terms without our consent. Alastor may assign them in connection with a merger, reorganization, financing, or sale of the relevant business, subject to law and the Privacy Policy. Section headings are for convenience and do not limit meaning.
