Policy revision date: September 21, 2026 Applies to purchases from: Alastor Armory LLC
Return policy at a glance
- Request an ordinary return within 10 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
- After we authorize the return, give the package to the designated carrier within 5 calendar days.
- Alastor accepts ordinary returns only when the item is unopened, unused, in brand-new condition, uninstalled, complete, resalable, and in undamaged original packaging.
- Ordinary returns have an 18.5% restocking fee, where permitted by applicable law. You pay for trackable return shipping. We strongly recommend insurance for the full value of the merchandise; you bear return-transit risk as described in Section 3.
- We do not charge a restocking fee for an Alastor or fulfillment error or qualifying transit damage.
- Some products are final sale or have special return terms. When they do, we will show that before purchase.
- Send ordinary returns to Alastor only at the return destination we provide privately in writing. Do not send ordinary returns directly to our supplier or a manufacturer. Manufacturer warranty service follows separate instructions.
This voluntary policy for ordinary returns is separate from rights that cannot legally be waived. The rules for a wrong, nonconforming, defective, recalled, or damaged product are explained below.
1. Start with Alastor
Contact Alastor through Help & Support or at support@alastorarmory.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.
Every return requires written authorization and return instructions from Alastor. Merchandise sent without authorization, sent to the wrong location, or sent directly to our supplier may be refused or may cause delay and additional shipping expense.
Authorization means that Alastor has agreed to inspect the return. It is not a guarantee that a product sent back in a materially different condition will qualify for a refund.
2. Ordinary returns
For an eligible change-of-mind, fit, preference, or duplicate-purchase return:
- Request authorization within 10 calendar days after confirmed delivery.
- Give the authorized package to the carrier named in our instructions within 5 calendar days after authorization.
- Return the exact item purchased, with proof of purchase.
- Keep it unopened, unused, in brand-new condition, uninstalled, unaltered, clean, and complete.
- Include the undamaged original packaging, manuals, labels, accessories, hardware, and any serial-numbered or lot-controlled components.
Opened or used items are not eligible for ordinary returns. We may also deny an ordinary return when the item is installed, mounted, altered, damaged after delivery, incomplete, contaminated, missing packaging or components, has a broken product seal, has an identifier that does not match the order, or is otherwise not resalable as new.
3. Costs and refund amount
For an approved ordinary return:
- we deduct an 18.5% restocking fee from the merchandise price, where permitted by applicable law;
- you pay return shipping and any optional insurance;
- original shipping, handling, expedited-delivery charges, and similar delivery charges are not refunded; and
- you bear the risk of loss, theft, or damage during return transit until the merchandise is received at the return destination authorized by Alastor. Except as required by applicable law, Alastor is not responsible for that return-transit loss, theft, or damage.
You must use a trackable shipping service. We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for the full value of the merchandise. Insurance is optional, but choosing not to purchase it does not transfer return-transit risk to Alastor. A shipping label supplied for convenience may be deducted from the refund when the return is discretionary and the deduction was disclosed to you.
No restocking fee or return-shipping deduction applies when Alastor confirms that we or our fulfillment provider sent the wrong item, sent a materially nonconforming item, or caused another error, or when a qualifying carrier-damage claim is accepted.
4. Damage, shortage, and delivery problems
Inspect the package promptly. If the package or product arrives visibly damaged, parts are missing, or carrier mishandling is suspected, contact us within 48 hours after delivery when reasonably possible. Keep the shipping carton, packing material, labels, and product, and send clear photographs of the package and damage. If the product or packaging is unsafe to handle or retain, avoid handling it and contact Alastor promptly for instructions.
Reporting within 48 hours helps Alastor investigate and preserve claims with the carrier and fulfillment provider. This reporting period does not limit rights that cannot be limited by law.
If tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and Alastor promptly. We may require reasonable information needed for a carrier, fraud, or loss investigation.
The Shipping and Delivery Policy governs claim evidence, packaging retention, carrier and supplier cooperation, delivered-but-not-received review, duplicate-recovery controls, and available remedies. If these policies conflict for a transit claim, the more specific lawful shipping-claim provision controls.
5. Wrong, nonconforming, or defective products
If an item is not what you ordered, materially differs from the description, or appears defective, contact Alastor promptly and before continued use or installation. Stop using an item that may be unsafe.
Depending on the facts and applicable law, the appropriate remedy may be correction, replacement, refund, or assistance with a manufacturer warranty. The ordinary 10-day return window and 18.5% restocking fee do not control a confirmed Alastor or fulfillment error or another remedy that cannot legally be limited.
Many products carry a manufacturer's written warranty. Alastor can help identify that process, but a manufacturer warranty does not eliminate rights that applicable law places on Alastor as the seller. Unless Alastor expressly provides a separate written warranty, Alastor does not create an additional product warranty merely by helping with a manufacturer's process.
6. Final-sale and specially restricted products
A product may be final sale or subject to different return conditions only when the applicable term is shown before purchase. Depending on the product and applicable requirements, these products may include:
- clearance, closeout, or explicitly marked final-sale merchandise;
- personalized or custom merchandise;
- opened consumables, chemicals, refinishing products, or hygiene-sensitive products;
- hazardous materials or products that cannot legally or safely be returned through ordinary shipping;
- products fulfilled directly under a disclosed manufacturer-specific rule; and
- if later offered and lawfully sold, ammunition, primers, powder, firearms after transfer, suppressors, or other NFA-regulated products.
A final-sale term does not remove a remedy for an Alastor error, a valid recall, an unlawful nonconformity, or another right that cannot be waived.
7. Cancellations and refused delivery
You may request cancellation before an order is accepted or enters fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed. Supplier and carrier processing can begin quickly. If we cannot stop shipment, the applicable return terms apply.
Do not refuse delivery as a substitute for return authorization unless Alastor instructs you to do so. Unauthorized refusal can delay resolution and may result in deductions for avoidable shipping charges where permitted by law and disclosed by this Policy.
If Alastor cannot ship within the promised time, we will provide the delay, cancellation, and refund choices required by applicable law.
8. Inspection and refunds
Alastor will inspect the returned merchandise and compare it with the order, authorization, condition evidence, and identifiers. We will tell you whether the return is approved, needs more information, or is denied and why.
For ordinary returns, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after Alastor receives and inspects the merchandise and confirms its eligibility, subject to any refund deadlines required by applicable law. Your financial institution may need additional time to post the credit. Applicable sales tax is adjusted as required by law. Gift cards, store credit, promotional value, and mixed-payment transactions are handled according to their disclosed terms and applicable law.
If a return arrives in a materially different condition, we may deny the discretionary refund or make a condition-based deduction only where permitted by law and supported by the inspection record. We will not impose a restocking fee for a confirmed Alastor or fulfillment error.
9. Exchanges
We do not promise direct exchanges. When appropriate, we may process a return and a separate replacement order so that inventory, price, destination restrictions, and payment authorization can be rechecked. A replacement is not reserved until Alastor confirms it.
10. Recalls and safety issues
Recall instructions and mandatory safety remedies take priority over this ordinary return process. Stop using a recalled or potentially dangerous product and follow the notice from Alastor, the manufacturer, or the responsible government agency.
11. State and federal rights
This Policy describes Alastor's voluntary return program. It does not limit a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, including applicable rights involving shipment delays, goods not delivered or not accepted as agreed, nonconforming goods, written or implied warranties, product defects, recalls, or deceptive practices.
Nothing in this Policy requires a customer to surrender a credit-card billing-error right or another nonwaivable remedy.
12. Contact
Return requests and questions: Help & Support or support@alastorarmory.com Telephone support is not offered.
Alastor does not publish a return or warehouse address. After approving a return, Alastor will provide the authorized destination and shipping instructions in writing. Returns sent without that written authorization, sent to another address, or sent directly to a supplier or manufacturer may be refused.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy prospectively. The version accepted with your order governs that order unless applicable law requires a different result. A material change will be posted with a new effective date and will not retroactively reduce a completed purchase's rights.
