Privacy at a glance
Alastor Armory uses personal information to operate its website, provide accounts and customer support, process and deliver orders, prevent fraud, comply with law, and send optional marketing only when permitted. We are designing our payment flow so Alastor does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
We do not sell personal information for money. We use analytics and may disclose information to advertising partners to market our products and services. Some advertising disclosures may be considered “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under applicable law, even without payment. Sections 5 and 6 explain these practices.
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information associated with you. You may also opt out of optional marketing and, where applicable, sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. Some exceptions apply when information must be retained for an order, legal obligation, fraud prevention, warranty, dispute, or security purpose.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Alastor Armory LLC (“Alastor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use:

This Policy does not govern a third party's independent practices. A linked third-party service is governed by its own privacy notice unless that service processes information solely on Alastor's behalf under contract.

We may create aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be linked to an individual. We maintain measures intended to prevent de-identified information from being reidentified.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers through the ordinary storefront. We collect government-issued identification or other regulated-product eligibility information only if a transaction and applicable law require it.
3. How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- provide, maintain, secure, and improve the website and customer accounts;
- preserve carts and checkout progress;
- verify contact information and account access;
- process payment authorization, tax, fraud review, orders, returns, refunds, and disputes;

- arrange supplier fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and order tracking;
- send required account, order, delivery, safety, recall, security, and policy notices;
- answer questions and provide customer support;
- send optional offers, product news, or promotional texts when permitted and consistent with your choices;
- measure service performance and diagnose errors;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
- comply with law, lawful process, tax and accounting duties, and enforce our agreements; and
- establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We will not use information collected for a materially different, incompatible purpose without providing notice and obtaining consent when required.
4. When we disclose personal information
We disclose only the information reasonably necessary for the recipient's role.
Service providers and contractors
We may disclose information to providers that support hosting, security, authentication, payment processing, tax calculation, address validation, fraud review, customer support, communications, analytics, accounting, and professional services. They are expected to use the information only for contracted services or as law permits.
Suppliers, fulfillment partners, and carriers
We may provide order and delivery information to the supplier, fulfillment partner, carrier, or tracking service responsible for preparing and delivering an order. Customer-facing communications use Alastor's order identity wherever practical, but fulfillment providers receive the information needed to perform their work.
Legal, safety, and compliance disclosures
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law or lawful process; is needed to investigate or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful conduct; or is necessary to protect customers, Alastor, or others.
Business transactions
Information may be disclosed to advisers and counterparties during a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.
At your direction
We disclose information when you request or consent to the disclosure, such as when you select a delivery or payment service that requires it.
5. Sale, sharing, targeted advertising, and profiling
Alastor does not sell personal information for money. We may use personal information and disclose it to advertising partners, including but not limited to Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), to promote our products and services, reach relevant audiences, measure advertising performance, and conduct remarketing or retargeting. Depending on the practice and applicable law, these disclosures may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” even when no money is exchanged for the information.
We do not currently use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about customers.
Where applicable law provides a right to opt out of these practices, visit Your Privacy Choices. We also honor qualifying browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, as required by applicable law.
Service-provider disclosures used to complete an order, secure the service, or perform another documented business function are not treated as sale or targeted advertising when applicable law excludes those controlled disclosures.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Essential technologies
Alastor uses essential cookies and similar storage to keep the website secure, maintain sessions, preserve cart and checkout state, remember necessary choices, and prevent abuse.
Analytics and advertising
We use analytics services, including Google Analytics, to understand website activity and improve our services. These services may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your browser or device and your interactions with our website, such as pages viewed, actions taken, and referring websites. Learn more about how Google collects and processes information from sites and apps that use its services.
We and our advertising partners, including but not limited to Google and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to measure advertising performance and show relevant ads, including remarketing or retargeting. These partners may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and services. Section 5 explains how these disclosures may be treated as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.
You can change covered advertising and sharing choices at any time through Your Privacy Choices. Essential technologies used for security, sign-in, cart, checkout, payments, tax, fraud prevention, fulfillment, and required service communications are not disabled by that choice.
Your browser may allow you to delete or block cookies. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in, cart, checkout, security, or preference features from working.
7. Communications and choices
Required service communications
We may send messages needed to provide a requested service, including account verification, password recovery, order, delivery, return, recall, safety, fraud, security, and material policy notices. Marketing preferences do not disable these necessary communications, subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Optional email marketing
You may opt out using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or, if you have an account, through your communication preferences. We will honor opt-outs as required by law and may retain a suppression record so the address is not accidentally re-enrolled.
Optional text marketing
Promotional text messages require the separate consent displayed when you enroll. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not infer promotional consent from providing a telephone number, creating an account, placing an order, or requesting a transactional text. You may withdraw consent through the method stated in the message, including replying STOP, another reasonable opt-out request, or, if you have an account, through your communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply.
Transactional and security texts are handled according to the request, account, or transaction that authorized them and will not contain promotional content. We may retain enrollment, disclosure-version, delivery, opt-out, and suppression records as reasonably necessary to operate the program, prove consent, and honor your choices. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent with another company for that company's marketing. See the SMS Terms.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining security, meeting legal and accounting obligations, handling returns and warranties, resolving disputes, honoring privacy and marketing choices, and enforcing agreements.
Closing or deactivating your account disables account access; it does not automatically delete your personal information or sales history. We may retain sales receipts, invoices, order and payment records, and related information reasonably necessary for tax and accounting obligations, fulfillment, returns, refunds, warranties, recalls, fraud prevention, chargebacks, disputes, and other purposes permitted or required by applicable law.
You may request deletion as described in Section 10. We review and honor deletion requests as required by applicable law, subject to applicable verification requirements and exceptions. When an exception permits us to retain information, we limit its use to the purposes allowed by that exception. We may also retain limited consent and suppression records to document and honor your choices.
Retention periods depend on the type and sensitivity of the information, the reason it is needed, applicable legal and contractual requirements, and relevant claim or dispute periods. Expiration of a cart or checkout session does not by itself mean that associated records have been deleted. When information is no longer reasonably necessary and retention is not otherwise required or permitted by applicable law, we delete or de-identify it. Information subject to a legal hold is retained for the duration of that hold.
9. Security and payment handling
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information and our operations. Measures include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, secrets management, logging and monitoring, provider review, secure development practices, backups, and incident-response procedures.
Alastor's payment design uses hosted or tokenized payment processing. Alastor does not intend to receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please use a unique password, protect your devices, and notify us at support@alastorarmory.com if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
10. Your privacy rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may request to:
- confirm whether we process personal information about you;
- access that information and learn how it is used and disclosed;
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete information;
- receive a portable copy of information you provided;
- opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling;
- withdraw consent for future processing where processing depends on consent;
- appeal a decision on a privacy request; and
- receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
Submitting a request
Submit a privacy request by emailing support@alastorarmory.com. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant records.
Verification
We verify requests in proportion to the sensitivity of the information and the risk of unauthorized access or deletion. We use information associated with your account or transaction where practical. We will not ask for more information than reasonably necessary, and information submitted for verification will be used only for verification, fraud prevention, security, and legal compliance.
Authorized agents
Where law permits, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may require proof of authority and may contact you directly to verify your identity or confirm permission unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Appeals
If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by emailing support@alastorarmory.com. We will explain our decision and provide any further complaint route required by your state.
11. Children
The Alastor website and storefront are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Customer accounts and purchases are limited to individuals who are at least 18 and legally able to enter the transaction.
If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact support@alastorarmory.com. We will investigate and delete the information when required.
12. U.S. service and data location
Alastor offers the storefront within the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where approved service providers operate, subject to contractual and legal safeguards. We do not represent that the service is intended for residents of other countries.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, providers, or our practices. We will update the date at the top. For a material change, we will provide additional notice appropriate to the change, such as a prominent website notice, account notice, or email, and obtain consent when required.
We will not apply a materially less protective change retroactively unless law permits it and any required notice or consent is provided.
