Policy revision date: September 21, 2026 Applies to purchases from: Alastor Armory LLC
Shipping policy at a glance
- Alastor is the seller and your customer-service contact. Orders may be shipped directly by our authorized fulfillment provider.
- Available destinations, delivery methods, required signature services, and exact charges are determined from the products and delivery address and shown at checkout before payment.
- We do not publish fixed shipping prices in this Policy. Checkout may apply an eligible free-shipping offer or other shipping discount.
- We accept only products confirmed available for fulfillment. We do not accept backorders or special orders.
- Delivery dates are estimates unless Alastor expressly identifies a service as guaranteed.
- Contact Alastor promptly to request a cancellation or address change. Once fulfillment begins, we may be unable to make a requested change. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.
- Contact Alastor—not the supplier—about tracking, loss, damage, shortages, incorrect products, cancellations, or returns.
This Policy is part of the Alastor Terms of Use and Sale. It does not limit a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to waive.
1. Alastor is your seller and support contact
Alastor may use an authorized supplier and carriers to fulfill and deliver your order. Supplier-direct shipment does not make the supplier your seller or customer-service contact. Contact Alastor through Help & Support or at support@alastorarmory.com for assistance.
Contact Alastor to arrange a return and obtain private, written, order-specific authorization and return instructions. Do not contact our supplier to arrange a consumer return or send a return to our fulfillment provider. Send a return only to the authorized destination Alastor provides in writing.
2. Supported destinations
Available destinations are determined at checkout from the delivery address, products, applicable restrictions, and the fulfillment services our authorized provider currently supports. A destination shown in an account address book is not necessarily eligible for every product.
Depending on the order, supported destinations may include the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, eligible post-office boxes, and eligible APO/FPO military addresses. Available services may differ for those destinations. Checkout will not offer a destination or method that our fulfillment provider does not support for the specific order.
We do not ship internationally or to an unsupported United States territory. We do not accept an order intended for unauthorized export, reexport, forwarding, diversion, or transfer. Product and destination restrictions may change when law, carrier requirements, supplier capabilities, or safety rules change.
3. Shipping methods and carriers
Checkout displays only the shipping methods currently eligible for the entire order, products, and delivery address. Methods may include ground, postal, two-day, or overnight service when available. Certain addresses or products may require a particular carrier or service. The carrier that physically transports a package may be selected or confirmed during fulfillment and will appear in the shipment notice and tracking information.
Products classified for ground-only, limited-quantity, hazardous-material, battery, tritium, compressed-gas, aerosol, chemical, or other special handling may have fewer available methods or may be unavailable for a destination. The methods available for your specific order are shown at checkout, subject to applicable law and product and destination restrictions.
We may substitute an equivalent or faster method without additional charge when operationally necessary and legally permitted. We will not downgrade a paid service in a way that materially reduces the purchased delivery commitment without appropriate notice and remedy.
4. Shipping prices, discounts, and final total
We do not list fixed shipping prices in this Policy because carrier and fulfillment charges may change. Before you submit payment, checkout will clearly display:
- the selected shipping method;
- the shipping charge;
- any required signature or product-specific delivery charge;
- any eligible free-shipping offer or shipping discount; and
- the final order total, including all amounts then calculable.
The amount displayed in the final checkout review controls that transaction. A free-shipping or discounted-shipping promotion applies only under its stated terms and does not guarantee that every product, method, or destination qualifies. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, a promotion covers only the eligible standard service and not an upgrade, required signature, freight forwarding, special handling, or another excluded charge.
5. Required signatures
Some products or destinations require Direct Signature Required or Adult Signature Required service. When our fulfillment provider requires a signature service, checkout will add the applicable service and charge automatically, and it cannot be removed from the affected order. The exact charge appears before payment rather than as a fixed amount in this Policy.
The recipient must satisfy the carrier's identity, age, and delivery requirements. Failed delivery attempts, missed appointments, or failure to provide a required signature may delay delivery and may cause lawful carrier, return, or reshipment costs.
6. Inventory, backorders, and order acceptance
Alastor is in-stock-only. We do not accept backorders or special orders. Inventory is not reserved merely because a product appears on the site or is placed in a cart.
We recheck product eligibility, price, inventory, destination, delivery method, and other required information during checkout and before final placement with our fulfillment provider. If availability cannot be confirmed or stock disappears, we may stop or cancel the affected transaction rather than accept it for later fulfillment. A payment authorization or automated acknowledgment is not final acceptance. The Terms of Use and Sale explain order acceptance and refunds for canceled items.
7. Processing and delivery estimates
Order processing and carrier transit are separate. A transit estimate begins when the carrier receives the package, not when you place the order. Verification, weekends, holidays, supplier processing, restricted-product review, address issues, weather, emergencies, carrier capacity, or events outside reasonable control may affect timing.
Dates shown at checkout or in an order message are estimates unless Alastor expressly labels the delivery commitment as guaranteed. If we cannot ship within an expressly promised time—or within the period required by law when no time is promised—we will provide the delay notice, consent choice, cancellation, and refund required by applicable law.
8. Split shipments and tracking
An order may ship in more than one package or through more than one eligible method. Multiple cartons do not authorize undisclosed duplicate signature charges. The final checkout amount controls unless you later authorize a change.
We send shipment and tracking information when it becomes available. A carrier may need time after label creation to display its first scan. Tracking events and estimated delivery dates are supplied by the carrier and may change.
9. Address accuracy, changes, and cancellations
You must provide a complete, accurate, lawful, and secure delivery address. Review the address, products, quantities, method, and charges before placing the order.
Before placing your order, update any incorrect delivery address and review the available methods, charges, taxes, and final total again. After placement, contact Alastor immediately, but cancellation and address changes are not guaranteed because fulfillment may begin quickly.
If we cannot stop an order, the applicable Return and Refund Policy controls. Do not refuse delivery as a substitute for authorization unless Alastor instructs you to do so. Avoidable carrier, return, forwarding, or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address, unauthorized change, or unauthorized refusal may be charged or deducted where permitted by law and disclosed policy.
10. Damage, shortage, incorrect products, and missing contents
Inspect the shipment promptly. Report visible damage, missing contents, or an incorrect product to Alastor within 48 hours after delivery when reasonably possible. Reporting within 48 hours helps Alastor investigate and preserve claims with the carrier and fulfillment provider. This reporting period does not limit rights that cannot be limited by law.
Until Alastor gives written instructions:
- stop using, installing, altering, or disposing of the affected product;
- retain every product, carton, shipping label, packing material, accessory, and other package content;
- photograph the outer package, label, internal packaging, product, damage, and missing-content evidence; and
- do not send the product to Alastor, the supplier, manufacturer, or carrier.
If the product or packaging is unsafe to handle or retain, avoid handling it and contact Alastor promptly for instructions.
Include the order number and a complete description of the issue. We may request additional information reasonably needed for supplier, carrier, insurer, safety, or fraud review.
11. Lost, stalled, or delivered-but-not-received packages
If tracking stops progressing beyond the expected delivery period, or if tracking says delivered but you cannot locate the package, promptly contact the carrier and Alastor. Confirm the delivery address and check the delivery location, household members, building management, and nearby safe locations when appropriate.
Alastor will administer the claim with the fulfillment provider and carrier. Depending on the facts and where lawful, we may require identity or address confirmation, carrier documentation, a signed loss or theft affidavit, or a police report. These measures may be used for delivered-but-not-received packages, suspected theft, conflicting tracking, repeated claims, high-value claims, or other elevated-risk circumstances.
Submitting a claim does not automatically establish loss or guarantee an immediate replacement or refund. Supplier and carrier investigation periods may affect resolution. We will not unreasonably delay a remedy that applicable law requires.
12. Claim verification, decisions, and remedies
You must cooperate reasonably with Alastor and the supplier, carrier, insurer, safety, and fraud-review process. Claims may be denied, limited, or recovered for an incorrect customer-supplied address, unauthorized forwarding or reshipment, abandonment, refusal to cooperate, unjustified destruction of evidence, material misrepresentation, fraud, or duplicate recovery, to the extent permitted by law.
After an approved claim, Alastor may provide an available replacement, refund the verified amount to the original payment method, or provide another remedy required by law. Store credit may be substituted for a required monetary refund only if you voluntarily agree. Original or return shipping is refundable when required by law or when the verified problem resulted from Alastor, fulfillment-provider, or carrier error; otherwise the applicable disclosed terms control.
If an original shipment arrives after a replacement or refund, notify Alastor promptly and follow our return instructions. Keeping both the original shipment and a replacement, or retaining refunded merchandise without authorization, may result in lawful recharge or recovery. You may not obtain duplicate reimbursement from Alastor, a carrier, insurer, payment dispute, package-protection provider, or another source for the same loss.
13. Return authorization and destination
Consumers must not send returns to our fulfillment provider. Alastor does not publish a general return warehouse or supplier address. Every return requires prior written authorization from Alastor.
After approving a return request, Alastor will provide the correct destination, authorization identifier, packaging and evidence requirements, carrier instructions, and shipping deadline for that product. An unauthorized, late, collect-on-delivery, or misdirected return may be refused or returned at the sender's expense to the extent permitted by law.
Receipt does not itself mean a return is approved. Alastor or its authorized facility may inspect the product, packaging, identifiers, condition, and evidence before approving a refund, replacement, or other remedy. See the Return and Refund Policy for eligibility, fees, exclusions, inspection, and refund timing.
14. Customer support and escalation
Shipping and delivery requests may be submitted at any time through Help & Support or support@alastorarmory.com. Requests are reviewed on business days. Our target is to respond within two business days, but that target is not a guaranteed response time.
A time-sensitive claim must still be submitted through an available channel within the applicable claim period, even outside staffed review hours. The electronic submission timestamp records when notice was given. If you disagree with a shipping-claim decision, reply to the decision and request internal escalation with any additional evidence.
15. Your legal rights
This Policy describes Alastor's shipping and claim procedures. It does not limit any right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to waive, including rights involving merchandise not shipped as promised, goods not received or accepted as agreed, nonconforming goods, payment disputes, recalls, or deceptive practices.
Nothing in this Policy requires you to surrender a credit-card billing-error right or other nonwaivable remedy.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy prospectively when fulfillment services, carriers, products, law, or operations change. The version accepted with your order governs that order unless applicable law requires otherwise. A material update will carry a new effective date and will not retroactively reduce rights associated with a completed purchase.

Return destinations are not published. Alastor provides the authorized return address and instructions in writing only after approving a return request.
Do not ship a return anywhere unless Alastor's written authorization specifically names that destination.
